Long Lovely Weekend

This past weekend was my last weekend of college *tear*. It was pretty weird, though I’m pretty much in emotional denial over the whole thing. My sister though, is totally freaking out. She’s scared about everything and graduating and all the change that’s going to happen in our lives now. (Have I mentioned we’re twins and go to the same college and are moving in together after graduation? Cause that would probably clear up some confusion there. Yeah, we’re really close. Yes, people can tell us apart and no, we can’t tell if the other one hurt her knee in a different room.) Anyway, my sister is an absolutely fantabulous dancer, and had her senior project show this weekend (remember how senior projects are a big deal at our school? Mine was the giant translation and hers was this dance show.) Since it was such abig deal EVERYONE came to visit this weekend so they could go.

Both of our boyfriends came to visit to see her show, as well as our parents. It was a really good show. Her dance looked like beauty in movement. There was this one pendulum lift she had them do, where a girl was hanging upside down on these two guys arms and she pulled herself up to swing using her abs and swung so high she swung over their arms and landed on the other side. It was really impressive. I’m going to stop explaining now, because, not being a dance major myself, I don’t explain dance particularly well.

It was nice to see everyone I hadn’t seen in so long, but strange because I spent the last weekend of school with people who aren’t from school. I almost didn’t see any of my friends.

Anyway, right now I’m working on my last final. (Working, hah. This post is clearly a procrastination, but I guess that’s how it goes.) I haven’t been having time to work on any fiber things, so I have no updates on that. I hope you all had a good weekend too!
